Still Point Detox & Weight Loss Retreat
For the past two decades, as I've worked as a full-time mixed media/abstract artist, I have devoted much of my free time to helping assist individuals lose weight and improve their health through natural, drug-free, dietary and lifestyle changes.
I am a certified personal trainer, certified whole food plant based nutrition educator (T. Colin Campbell's Center for Nutrition Studies through eCornell), & certified as a holistic nutrition coach.
I help assist individuals who wish to improve their health by switching to whole food plant based diet with a specific & strong emphasis on high raw and S.O.S. (salt, oil and sugar free).
Having reversed my own serious health issues by applying these same dietary and lifestyle choices I lead by example, never by pushing. I choose only to work with those who have already made the decision that this is a path they wish to take. It is not my desire to convince people to follow in my footsteps, but only to provide guidance, knowledge and support to those who have already made the decision to make the switch to a wfpb diet.
As important as it is to fuel our body with healthy foods, it is equally important to keep our bodies strong, flexible and healthy with daily movement and exercise. My exercise plans are centered around rebounding, yoga/pilates, and hiking. If you attend one of my detox retreats I will meet with you daily for rebounding classes and/or hiking trips to Stoney Run County Park.
